Based on the approved content topic list from the content gap analysis and competitor analysis, we will provide you with a quote that includes the number of pages, the word count of each page and post, and the total word count, as well as related costs, upfront.
Once we have received payment, we proceed to create legal content briefs, which include all of the information we have collected in the content gap analysis and competitor analysis. We then submit this information to our writers.

Our recommended word minimum word counts
- Legal practice area pages should be at a minimum of 800 words.
- Supporting blog posts should be at a minimum of 800 words.
- Pages that summarize longer statutes should be 3,000 to 5,000 words.
- Updating a section of a page or posts requires a minimum of 500 words.
- All content orders require a minimum of 500 words per page, post, or custom post type.
Our legal review and publishing process
Legal Review
Content is provided to the law firm for legal review via email in Word documents.
Resubmission for legal updates
If we hear back from the firm within two weeks, we can resubmit the content for minor editorial changes. We will then resubmit the content to the law firm for legal review.
If we don’t get feedback from your law firm within two weeks, as per our contracts, the content will move to the next phase.
Legal review outside of this time frame requires a fee of $12.75 per 100 words for editing upfront.
On-Page SEO and Publishing
We optimize each page and post with best practices, paying attention to both internal and external linking.
Google Indexation Submission
We ensure that Google indexes all content within a content plan. This sometimes takes a week or two. Google indexes most of the content through the submission of a linked XML sitemap. There is always content that is not indexed. We submit this content manually.
Signing Up and Canceling Our Services
Signing Up For Services
- To sign up for any recurring service (subscription) or one-time service, please book a meeting by completing our contact form.
- Choose a service in the interested service drop down list in the booking form.
- Complete all required form fields, then click submit.
- You will then be redirected to our calendar, where you can book a time and date for your meeting.
After our meeting if you want to move forward:
- We will send you our related marketing service contract that requires your signature. The contract breaks down the services and deliverables as well as pricing.
- We will send you a quote which would include any one-time purchase service, and recurring service (subscriptions).
- The quote and the email it is attached to email have links to pay for the services from our billing platform.
- Once you sign up for a service, you are automatically registered in our billing platform.
Canceling A Service
- You can cancel a recurring service (subscription) or a one-time service at any time through our billing portal.
- To login to our billing platform ensure you use the email and password you established when signing up for our services.
